Other property management companies use confusing percentages, but with On Q property management is always a flat fee. You’ll never be surprised by a bill and you’ll always know where you are in the process.
The first step is $199 for marketing your property. You won’t pay a monthly fee for property management until a qualified tenant is placed in your property. Once a tenant is accepted, there is a $499 tenant placement fee which will come out of the first month’s rent.
From there, it’s full-service property management for just $75 a month. It doesn’t matter what size your property is or how much is charged in rent; it’s just $75 a month.
