Notice to Vacate
If you are ending your lease and vacating the property you rent through On Q Property Management, you must complete the Notice to Vacant form. Whether you are terminating early or choosing not to renew an existing lease, this form must be completed as soon as possible.
A member of our team will review your information and contact you with the next steps. Declining the Lease Renewal, Emailing, texting, or calling your property manager does not take the place of the Notice to Vacate form.
Refer to your Lease Agreement for additional information regarding the lease-ending process and details.
